1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days after the day you’ve placed your order. Business days are Monday-Friday. Processing and Shipping times DO NOT include weekends. Processing times take up to 2 days and then shipping times are 3-5 business days depending on your choice of shipping method. 

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped a tracking confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.  We are not responsible for packages after they are scanned into the USPS network. You may contact the carrier's customer service number at 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number that was provided. Any returned or insufficient addresses on orders will result in a $7.75 shipping fee to be resent to the correct address. THE BUNDLES EXPERIENCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

3. What is the quality of our hair extensions?

-We carry 100% virgin hair. It is unprocessed and in its natural state. Hair has minimal shedding and no tangle. With proper care the hair can last up to 3 years.

4. RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

- PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE ITEMS THAT YOU WANT AS ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED ONLY IF THE ORDER IS PLACED INCORRECTLY. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE.

6. Pickup Order Policy
- Pickups will be on a designated business day between the times of 12pm-5pm.
- ALL orders must be placed online first and pickup must be selected as your method. 
- Orders placed online for shipping are a priority. Your order will be ready 2-3 business days from the day you ordered with normal processing times.
